What are the Qualifications to Drive with ABC Transit, Inc?
All highly qualified applicants go through a thorough hiring process including:
– In-person interview
– Drug Test
-PA child abuse clearance and Act 126 training
-PA State Police criminal history clearance
-FBI criminal history clearance
-A motor vehicle record check
-Reference checks
What training programs do you have in place for drivers?
Once employed, drivers are all trained by ABC Transit, Inc.
While training to obtain a commercial driver’s license, we provide 14 hours of classroom and six hours of on-the-road training at a minimum for our new hire.
Once drivers are certified all are required to complete pre and post-trip inspections, recertification, training and safety programs, as well as random drug testing.
